At Florestawud, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may be eligible for a return if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order furniture.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Products showing signs of normal wear and tear.
- Products altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Items without original packaging or accessories (where applicable).
Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Share your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
Please do not return any product without receiving approval from Florestawud.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another suitable payment method after verification.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, Florestawud may offer a replacement instead of a refund, particularly in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Transit damage
- Incorrect product delivery
The suitable resolution will be determined after reviewing your claim.
Cancellation & Refund
Orders cancelled before dispatch are generally eligible for a refund.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.
Damaged Shipments
If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Inspect the package before accepting it.
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
