How to Place a Custom Order
- Contact our team with your requirements.
- Share your preferred design, dimensions, or reference images.
- Our experts will review your request and provide a quotation.
- Once approved, production will begin after payment confirmation.
Production Time
Since every custom order is made specifically for you, production generally takes 2–6 weeks, depending on the design and complexity.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
Payment Terms
Custom orders may require an advance payment before production begins.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid as per the agreed payment terms before dispatch.
Order Changes
Changes to a custom order can only be requested before production begins.
Once manufacturing has started, modifications may not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
Custom or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Please review all specifications carefully before confirming your order.
Returns & Refunds
As custom furniture is manufactured specifically for your requirements, it is generally not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered
- Transit damage (reported within the required timeframe)
