Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your cancellation request is approved, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.


Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture after production has started.
  • Products that are specially ordered or manufactured based on customer requirements.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is cancelled before dispatch, no cancellation charges will generally apply unless otherwise stated during purchase.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
